Daniel Simplex™ Single-Chamber Orifice Fittings are precision engineered differential pressure flow elements designed for accurate gas and liquid flow measurement on smaller line sizes in UK oil & gas, custody transfer, refinery and industrial process applications.
In accordance with AGA 3/API 14.3 and OIML 5167 standards, the Simplex orifice fitting features a unit-built construction with the plate carrier permanently attached to the sealing bar, allowing the orifice plate, carrier and seal to be removed as a single unit without removing the fitting from the pipeline or spreading flanges to minimise downtime, reduce maintenance costs and eliminate the risk of fluid spillage or gas leakage during plate changes.
Simplex™ fittings support high-pressure services up to ANSI Class 2500, deliver consistent orifice plate concentricity for repeatable differential pressure signals, and are ideal for custody transfer flow measurement, small bore differential pressure flow metering, pipeline monitoring and industrial fluid control systems where rapid access, safety and measurement reliability are critical.
