I oversee all technical matters from instrument calibrations and after sales support to project management of new installations, working collaboratively with clients and various stakeholders to develop efficient and effective solutions. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with family, playing golf and running.

My role as UK Sales Manager is to support our established customer base, ensuring they receive the level support that they need for their instrumentation requirements. I also support our customers across the East of England as well as having a part in helping to develop the technical capabilities of the internal team. During my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, playing tennis for my local club and watching all things sport related.

As an After Sales Co-ordinator, I am responsible for ensuring our customers receive a smooth and efficient experience long after their initial purchase. My role involves supporting clients with their post-sale needs, resolving queries, and helping maintain the high standard of service our company is known for. I take pride in providing clear communication, reliable assistance, and a friendly approach in every interaction. I’m committed to making the after-sales journey as seamless as possible, working closely with both customers and internal teams to deliver consistent, dependable support. Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and attempting to improve my golf game, even if I’m still proudly bad at it.
