Oliver brings a wealth of customer service experience to the team here at Process Instruments having been a Service Manager for a major vehicle dealer for the last 10 years. A keen golfer playing off a handicap of 2, typically spending most weekends supporting Ipswich Town FC. or spending time with his family.

My role as Logistics Team Co-ordinator is to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the goods IN/OUT process's as well as management of our in-house stocks. I have a background in CRM and ERP system implementation as well as Logistics and Inventory Management. I am keen to use my experience and background so we have the right systems, process's and procedures in place to ensure we provide excellent service to all, whether that be our internal service team or our valued customers. In my free time I love nothing more than spending time with my son and going on our wilderness adventures. Most evenings you will find me playing board games with my family or finding new and creative ways to use my 3D printer.

I am the Chairman of the company however I am also very much just one of the team dealing with technical issues, visiting customers to review applications and with Mike Cardy driving the business forward looking at new innovations and keeping the business on the right course. I am a husband, father and grandfather. In my spare time along with my wife, I spend time with our family, our dogs, gardening, walking, cycling, cooking and travelling.

As documents administrator this role involves maintaining accurate business data through regular CRM and data cleansing and supporting Sales with data capture. It also includes administrative support for the Aftersales team, helping Operations with legal and compliance documentation, managing data migration between systems, completing audit and compliance forms and preparing customer documents like quotes and proposals when needed. In my spare time I like spending time with my family and walking my dog.
