The Process Industry Solution Provider

As an After Sales Co-ordinator, I am responsible for ensuring our customers receive a smooth and efficient experience long after their initial purchase. My role involves supporting clients with their post-sale needs, resolving queries, and helping maintain the high standard of service our company is known for. I take pride in providing clear communication, reliable assistance, and a friendly approach in every interaction. I’m committed to making the after-sales journey as seamless as possible, working closely with both customers and internal teams to deliver consistent, dependable support. Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and attempting to improve my golf game, even if I’m still proudly bad at it.

I'm excited to advance in the instrumentation profession by expanding my knowledge and abilities since joining the Process Instrument Solutions team as an apprentice C&I engineer. In my spare time I like to go to the gym and going out with my friends and family.

I work as a Sales Engineer in the East of England, Supporting our customers find the right process instrumentation and measurement solutions for their operations. With hands-on technical knowledge and a practical approach, I support clients across the region in improving efficiency, reliability, and safety in their processes. I’m focused on building strong relationships, understanding real-world challenges, and delivering solutions that make a measurable impact.

Predominately my role is to manage quotations for any project enquiries alongside our technical team. Liaising with our clients, engineering team and suppliers from the initial opportunity, to quoting and to the procurement of instrumentation. I have 28 years' sales and procurement experience previously working for a controls system integrator. My hobbies include running, fitness training, DIY and gardening.
