My role as Key Account Manager is to support our established customer base, ensuring they receive the level support that they need for their instrumentation requirements. I also support our customers across the East of England as well as having a part in helping to develop the technical capabilities of the internal team. During my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, playing tennis for my local club and watching all things sport related.

With a Master's degree in Wildlife Biology and a passion for problem-solving, I thrive at the intersection of science, leadership and innovation. As a Solutions Team Leader, I enjoy tackling challenges, streamlining processes and finding creative solutions that drive success. Beyond my professional role, I'm an avid reader, a devoted cat lover and someone who finds inspiration in the beauty of nature. Whether it's analysing complex data or exploring the great outdoors, I bring curiosity, dedication and a collaborative mindset to everything I do.

My role as Sales Director is to support the sales team in delivering the best possible technical solutions to our customers. This means ensuring that we have the right people and processes in place to deliver a fast and efficient service. From specifying the right solution to delivering the high level of communication and partnership that our customers have come to expect from Process Instrument Solutions. I have a passion for engineering, whether it's process instrumentation, cars or motorbikes! I also love sports - watching and playing. On a Saturday, you'll find me on the Hockey field playing in central midfield.

My role as an Apprentice Automation & Control Engineer is to work towards identifying customer needs to recommend suitable instrumentation solutions. With my knowledge of the current industry trends, I shall be able to offer suitable technical support in our technical range and offer product demonstrations when needed. In my spare time, I love being able to enjoy going camping with my family and enjoying the outdoors. I also enjoy watching anything Sci-fi in my spare time cooking delicious meals and trying new things.
