Returns and Refunds Policy

This Returns and Refunds Policy applies to both business customers (B2B) and consumers (B2C). Your rights may differ depending on your status as a business or consumer.
1. Your Right to Cancel (Consumers Only)
If you are purchasing as a consumer (not in the course of business), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Consumer Refunds
- You will receive a full refund of the purchase price, including standard delivery costs.
- Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
- We will refund using the original payment method.

- Items must be returned in a reasonable condition.
- You may inspect the goods, but excessive handling may result in a deduction from your refund.
Return Shipping (Consumers)
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
2. Returns Policy (Business Customers)
If you are purchasing as a business, the following terms apply:
- Returns are accepted within 15 days of the original purchase date.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused
- In its original packaging
- In resalable condition
- Returns outside of these conditions may be refused.
Return Shipping (B2B)
- You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- You are responsible for the risk of loss or damage during return transit.
3. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods (All Customers)
If you receive goods that are:
- Faulty or defective
- Damaged in transit
- Not as described
- Incorrect items

We will also cover reasonable return shipping costs in these cases.
4. Sale Items
Sale or discounted items are non-returnable for change of mind.
However, this does not affect your statutory rights. If a sale item is faulty, damaged, or misdescribed, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
