The Helios Series delivers the same advanced measurement and control functionality found across Precision Digital’s most capable meter families, combined with a distinctive large-format display designed for maximum visibility. Based on the ProVu Series, Helios meters are available in models that support a wide range of input types, including 4–20 mA, thermocouples, RTDs, pulse signals, strain and load cells, and Modbus communication, allowing them to address level, flow, temperature, pressure, and weight applications. What sets the Helios Series apart is its dual-line display with equally sized digits on both lines, providing clear presentation of multiple values at once.
Super-bright LED digits are approximately three times larger than standard panel meters and remain easy to read in direct sunlight from distances up to 100 feet, making Helios ideal for wall-mounted installations where visibility from across a facility is critical. With advanced capability, intuitive configuration, and a rugged NEMA 4X enclosure, the Helios Series delivers clear, reliable indication and control in demanding indoor and outdoor industrial environments.
Go with the Helios PD2-6000 when you need a large display meter to display the 4-20 mA output from any transmitter you might have. The PD2-6000 can display that output in six full digits and will also provide the 24 VDC to power the transmitter. The PD2-6000’s NEMA 4X enclosure, super bright, 1.8″ (46 mm) high LEDs, and wide operating temperature range make it perfect for outdoor applications. The PD2-6000 can also be equipped with a 4-20 mA output as well as four relays that can be used for alarming or control applications, including pump alternation control.
