Thermo-Electra manufactures sensors for engine bearings, exhaust gasses, turbo measurement, and for cargo measurement. Most of our standard sensors in Pt100 have an international Lloyds Register approval. Most of the temperature sensors have an improved vibration construction specially for vibrating equipment such as engines and turbines. The best vibration-proof option is to use thermocouple temperature measurement instead of Pt100 / resistance temperature measurement. Usually, a pocket or thermowell is used to protect the temperature sensor and an additional benefit of using a pocket or thermowell is that the sensor can be replaced without opening the process.
