Daniel XRT Totalizer is a rugged, explosion-proof flow rate indicator and totaliser engineered to deliver accurate flow measurement and cumulative totals when paired with mechanical flow meters such as Daniel Series 1200 or 1500 liquid turbine meters ideal for oil & gas custody transfer, terminal metering and industrial fluid monitoring systems.
Built for harsh and hazardous environments, the XRT features ATEX, IECEx, FM and CSA explosion protection, a high-visibility display with LED backlight, intuitive through-glass keypad control and support for HART communications for remote diagnostics and configuration.
The totalizer provides linearised flow rate, total, accumulated total, daily and previous day totals, while accepting multiple signal types including sine-wave (coil), NAMUR, NPN/PNP pulse, Reed-switch and (0)4-20 mA inputs.
With scalable pulse outputs, loop-powered 4-20 mA retransmission and optional Modbus RS232/RS485/USB connectivity, the XRT enables precise volumetric or mass metering, data logging and robust communications critical for fiscal accountability, plant control and regulatory compliance in process industries.
