Fast-Track Meter Run Delivery for Oil & Gas in the UAE
Background
Process Instrument Solutions recently completed the supply of two meter runs for an oil and gas customer in the UAE. The project required precision engineering, rigorous testing, and a fast turnaround to meet the customer’s operational deadlines.
Challenge
The customer needed the meter runs delivered within just three months to coincide with a planned outage. With limited time available and strict requirements to avoid production interruption, the project demanded a fast-track approach without compromising quality, compliance, or performance.
Solution
The meter runs were manufactured by our partners EMCO Controls A/S and included Daniel® Measurement & Control Senior fittings welded into sectioned assemblies. Each run was fully hydro tested, painted, and FAT-approved before being prepared for dispatch to the UAE.
