I am the Chairman of the company however I am also very much just one of the team dealing with technical issues, visiting customers to review applications and with Mike Cardy driving the business forward looking at new innovations and keeping the business on the right course. I am a husband, father and grandfather. In my spare time along with my wife, I spend time with our family, our dogs, gardening, walking, cycling, cooking and travelling.

As Managing Director, I lead the business with a focus on customer success, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. I work closely with customers, supply partners, and our team to drive growth, strengthen relationships, and ensure the company continues to deliver the high standards of service and technical expertise it is known for. About Oliver Flight
As Operations Director, I play a key role in the day-to-day running of the business, ensuring our customers receive the high level of service and technical support they expect from Process Instrument Solutions. I work closely with customers, supply partners and the wider team to strengthen relationships, improve processes and support the continued growth and efficiency of the business. Outside of work, I like to keep busy. You’ll usually find me flying my plane, at Portman Road watching the mighty Ipswich Town, or coaching my eldest son’s football team. Most weekends involve a mix of flying, football and family time.
About Daniel Dunbabin
My role as UK Sales Manager is to support our established customer base, ensuring they receive the level support that they need for their instrumentation requirements. I also support our customers across the East of England as well as having a part in helping to develop the technical capabilities of the internal team. During my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, playing tennis for my local club and watching all things sport related.

I work as a Sales Engineer in the East of England, Supporting our customers find the right process instrumentation and measurement solutions for their operations. With hands-on technical knowledge and a practical approach, I support clients across the region in improving efficiency, reliability, and safety in their processes. I’m focused on building strong relationships, understanding real-world challenges, and delivering solutions that make a measurable impact.
About Toni Kirkpatrick
Predominately my role is to manage quotations for any project enquiries alongside our technical team. Liaising with our clients, engineering team and suppliers from the initial opportunity, to quoting and to the procurement of instrumentation. I have 28 years' sales and procurement experience previously working for a controls system integrator. My hobbies include running, fitness training, DIY and gardening.

As a Solutions Team Leader, I enjoy tackling challenges, streamlining processes and finding creative solutions that drive success. Beyond my professional role, I'm an avid reader, a devoted cat lover and someone who finds inspiration in the beauty of nature. My role as an Solutions Specialist is to help the Sales team address technical queries with our Flow products, draft quotes if needed, and liaise between customer and factory for queries. In my spare time, you can find me either binge-watching true crime documentaries, spending time with my kids, visiting local food places to try out new dishes, or travelling around the Philippines.

As an Solutions Specialist at Process Instrument Solutions, I oversee the client journey from inquiry to order fulfilment, ensuring accurate quotes and offering technical support to meet customer needs. I also share knowledge with colleagues, promoting a collaborative work environment. In my free time, I enjoy family activities, attending my children's swimming practice, playing video games, and watching sports, especially racing and ball games.

My role as an apprentice sales engineer at process instrument solutions is to focus on learning the business, aiming to gain a broad depth of knowledge within instrumentation whilst supporting the sales teams with enquiries and quotations. Away from work I spend my time at the football or in the gym.

As Media & Marketing Executive, I support in all aspects of marketing throughout the business, with a particular focus on content creation and management of our social media channels. I have a degree in Media, Communication & Advertising with 7 years of experience in the Marketing industry. As Project Coordinator, I help bring together customers, engineering and project activities to ensure instrumentation projects are delivered successfully. With a background in process instrumentation and industrial automation, I particularly enjoy solving technical challenges, supporting customers and passing on knowledge within the team. Outside of work, as a German living in Suffolk, I’m still discovering the local area around Bury St Edmunds either on foot or, slightly less conventionally, in my velomobile.
