This modular hygienic RTD temperature sensor is designed for demanding applications in the food, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology industries, where accuracy, reliability, and sanitary design are essential. Manufactured from high-grade 316L stainless steel, it features a DN25 sanitary process connection with a hexagon union nut, an 80 mm neck, and a tapered protective tube for fast, accurate temperature measurement. The mineral-insulated measuring insert incorporates a single Class A Pt100 element in a 3-wire configuration, delivering precise and stable readings. Available with a choice of BS0, SS, threaded lid, or IP67 connection heads, the sensor also includes a stainless steel TAG plate and test certification across the specified measuring range (0%, 50%, and 100%), making it ideal for validated and regulated process environments.
