2021 Success
Process Instruments has successfully expanded through 2021 and working through a pandemic. Welcoming six new members to the team to help in all areas from servicing, sales and marketing.
Winning key projects thanks to our ability to provide full instruments and valves packages with installation and commissioning. The feedback received from our clients is that our competence in delivering a full process solution has set us apart from our competitors. Due to this success this has lead to us making big investments in the service side of our project management team.
Project Update
Craig Hamman our Project & Site Services Manager recently visited a site to install our custom manufactured pipe saddles for installation of our range of Fox Thermal FT1 insertion gas mass flowmeters.
These saddles enable us to drill existing pipework (in this case galvanised) and provide a gas tight seal for low pressure applications such as anaerobic digester and landfill gas flows without having to weld with all the issues that presents for zoned areas.
The Fox Thermal FT1 features a hot tap withdrawable system to allow the meter to be checked without having to disturb production.
The FT1 is a multiple award winner due to its innovative design elements such as the DDC-Sensor™ technology platform that allows it to operate using the Gas-SelectX® gas menu selection tool.
Team Update
Our Internal Sales Administrator Toni Kirkpatrick recently completed the 100 squats a day challenge in November for Cancer Research. That’s 3,000 squats! She did an amazing job & actually exceeded her target by raising £130 towards the amazing cause.
