Treatt Project Update

Toni Kirkpatrick & Jon Tayler visited Treatt recently and we are pleased to see the amount of progress made with the impressive facility.
Much of the Burkert control and manual valves have been piped into the process. Including the manifolds kindly manufactured by Clarke Welding.
Siemens instruments are on for tanker delivery providing accurate flow via our SITRANS FC330 Coriolis mass flow meters, over fill protection for the tanks provided by SITRANS LVL200 vibrating tuning fork level switches.
Pyropress Perseus all stainless-steel pressure switches on nitrogen feel flow and finally the Labom Kombibar Ex certified pressure gauge with contacts and integral pascal CV3 pressure transmitter with display and diaphragm seal for high viscus product delivery which will continue to provide local indication and alarm facilities even on power failure.
Much more to follow on the exciting project as it nears readiness for full production.
