Siemens SITRANS FSS100 ultrasonic flow sensors are the state of art successor of the SITRANS FUS SONOKIT for insertion in customer pipes. They are used with the SITRANS FST020 transmitter for basic water applications or SITRANS FST030 transmitter for demanding applications. The SITRANS FSS100 inline sensors can be installed as retrofit or in new pipe systems. The SITRANS FSS100 insertion sensor use the proven transmitters from SITRANS FSS200 clamp-on sensors, however FSS100 offer higher measurement accuracy and can only be installed in drained pipes. SITRANS FSS100 sensors save pipe material and cost compared to factory-build inline flowmeters.
The SITRANS FSS100 sensor kit can be combined with transmitters SITRANS FST020 and FST030.
