One of the key requirements for a good temperature measurement with a thermocouple to ensure it is using the correct plug-in system. Thermo-Electra delivers miniature and standard thermocouple connectors for each type thermocouple. The plugs have a color-coded to ANSI or IEC standard housing and are continually used at a temperature of 200 °C with peaks to 260 °C. The high temperature connectors are red and can be used continuously at a temperature of 350 °C, ceramic plugs can even be used to 650 °C.
