The OMDC-SCR 4X Series control is a compact, cost efficient, reliable control for PM, shunt wound, and universal DC motors that incorporates up-to-date design and engineering into a compact package. These are direct replacement drives for many obsolete and legacy SCR drives used in pharmaceutical and food processing. Installation and field adjustments are facilitated using a barrier type terminal strip and large, easily adjusted trimpots and adjustable horsepower range. The cast aluminum powder coated enclosure, available in both black and white, is rated NEMA 4X for wash down, outdoor and food/ sanitary applications. One drive will handle both 120 Vac and 240 Vac source power for motors from 1/8 HP through 2 HP. Standard auto-sensing voltage circuit means no jumper settings or wiring changes are necessary. The drives are fully adjustable across their HP ratings-no extra resistors to purchase or keep track of.
